Profile

Judge Rettich has nearly forty years of courtroom and trial experience, serving both as a city and acting prosecutor, and as defense counsel, in thousands of trials. He served as the Law Director for the Village of Farmersville for more than twenty years, and managed his own law office in Germantown from 1979 until he was elected Judge of the Miamisburg Municipal Court in 2011. He also has experience teaching college courses at Sinclair Community College in real estate and business law. Judge Rettich is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County. He has been happily married to his wife Kathy L. Rettich for more than thirty-eight years and is a father of four: Acacia, Rob, Abra, and Kathryn Alyse.
