Profile
Stephanie Slone is a Senior Assistant Attorney General at the Office of Attorney General Dave Yost in the Executive Agencies Section representing State Boards and Commissions in transactional matters and litigating cases before administrative agencies and in state courts.
Prior to working as an Assistant Attorney General, Professor Slone was an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Warren County, Ohio and worked as a staff attorney with the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services for many years. In addition, she was was a staff attorney at Talbert House Fatherhood Project in Cincinnati, Ohio. She represented clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, and child support.
Stephanie graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology in 2001 and Women’s Studies. She earned her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2008.
Professor Slone teaches the Family Law Capstone at UD Law.
