Jesse previously served Miami University for almost two years as manager of corporate training, where she established partnerships and training programs with Fortune 500 companies and facilitated opportunities for graduate students to gain experience in extended internships. She also served Sinclair Community College for more than 11 years in a variety of roles, including corporate training manager, partner relationship manager and interim-manager of the Learning Center, responsible for the SkillsMax and SkillsLink programs. Jesse was selected as one of seven SkillsMAX team leaders for the state of Ohio providing consultation on job analysis, assessments, and employee development to 270 community colleges, university branch campuses, and technical colleges. Prior to these roles, she worked at McCauley Propeller Systems, a Division of Cessna Aircraft Company and the Victor Company of Japan (JVC) in Ireland in sales and marketing roles.
