PROFILE

Jesse previously served Miami University for almost two years as Manager of Corporate Training, where she established corporate partnerships and training programs with Fortune 500 companies and developed opportunities for graduate students to gain technical experience in extended internships. She also served Sinclair Community College's Workforce Development division for more than 11-years in multiple roles, including Manager of the Learning Center, Partner Relationship Manager and Corporate Training Manager, where she was responsible for leadership of the SkillsMax and SkillsLink programs and approximately 10 full- and part-time staff and students. She was selected as one of seven SkillsMAX team leaders in the state of Ohio to consult with administrators from 270 community colleges, university branch campuses, and technical colleges on conducting assessments and providing workforce solutions to corporations in Ohio. Prior to this position, she spent three years as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for McCauley Propeller Systems, a Division of Cessna Aircraft Company and three years as a Sales Administrator for the Victor Company of Japan (JVC) in Ireland.
