Profile

Jacquise (Jaci) Jackson is the Assistant CIO Client Relations & Executive Director IT Services. Jacquise joined the University in 1998. She is responsible for assuring that more than 14,000 customers are having their technological needs met today and in the future. Reporting responsibilities are, the infrastructure & AV systems planning department, business services, communication, and the IT Service Center, which includes, helpdesk/call center, walk in center, conferencing services, and classroom technology support. We strive to give the customer an exceptional level of service.

In order for these functions to remain useful across the varied divisions and departments at the University, collective and comprehensive relationships must be forged and maintained. She works to empower, motivate, coach, and mentor members of UDit to provide them with opportunities for growth, development and success.

Jacquise holds an A.S in Business Management, B.S. in Organizational Management and a M.S. E. in Education, Technology Enhanced Learning. She sits on the Board of Family Services, United Way Donor Relations Council member and a member of Technology First, Women 4 Technology Steering Committee.
