In the University of Dayton Department of Educational Administration, our practices reflect our Catholic Marianist traditions and principles. • Educational Leadership (MSE) with optional Principal Licensure
• Doctor of Education in Leadership for Organizations (EdD)
• Educational Leadership (Ph.D.) 
  • The Ph.D. in Educational Leadership is offered via a flexible hybrid format
