Congratulations to the Urban Child Development Resource Center (UCDRC) for earning the Non-Profit Organization of the Year Award at the 4th Annual Miami Valley Community Problem Oriented Policing Conference on May 17, 2014!

UCDRC, a partnership between the University of Dayton's Center for Catholic Education and local Catholic schools, was nominated to receive this award for the violence prevention, counseling, and social work services provided for families and children in the schools they serve. During the 2013-2014 school year, approximately 1,750 students benefited from the services offered by UCDRC. With several other outstanding organizations in the running for this award, UCDRC was selected as the winner after advancing through two rounds of judging.
