Lalanne teachers visit ProduceOne Food Lab

Lalanne teachers in the 2017-18 Cohort visited UD's ProduceOne Food Lab on July 7, 2017, to help prepare them for living (and cooking) in community. The teachers cooked dishes in community teams, then got to sample everyone's dishes for lunch.

Dishes included parsnips, arugula, homemade salad dressing, quinoa, strawberries, blueberries, summer squash, mushrooms, peppers, onions, avocado, salmon, feta cheese, brussels sprouts, kale, carrots, lentils, corn, black beans, cumin, mint, almonds and butternut squash.
