How to register

To register your child, please fill out a pre-enrollment form. This will place your child's name on the waiting list.

  • Enrollment applications are accepted as submitted, with priority given to families with a UD affiliation. If a space for your child is not available at the time your application is submitted, your child will be placed on a waiting list. 
  • There is no guarantee your child will be enrolled. It will depend on the availability; priority and date in which you submit the form.
  • If a position becomes available, we will notify you. Once the position is offered and accepted, you will need to pay a one-week deposit. This is returned if you give a two-week written notice of withdrawal.
  • We will set up a pre-enrollment conference for parents and teachers to exchange information and address concerns.
  • You will be asked to review the center's handbook and sign the agreement to abide by center policies.
  • You will also complete an enrollment packet and submit necessary paperwork.
  • Prior to the first day of attendance, you and your child may visit his/her room and the rest of the facility.
  • If you find a care option other than the Bombeck Family Learning Center and want to be taken off the waiting list, please go to the “contact us” page and fill out the inquiry form to let us know and we will remove your child from the waiting list. We greatly appreciate this, as we strive to keep the waiting list current.
