  • T4S11: Materials Diagnostics and Structural Health Monitoring of Ceramic Components and Systems: This symposium will discuss global advances in the research and development of sophisticated and novel characterization technologies for structural ceramics, particulate- and fiber-reinforced ceramic composites, and multifunctional materials, as well as their components and devices. Current advances and state-of-the-art in various material diagnostic techniques, such as optical, X-ray, ultrasound- and acoustic-based, nanoparticle-based, and ultrahigh resolution technologies will be covered.
