Faculty, Facilities & Housing

School of Engineering faculty are available and accessible at camp. They'll guide you through engineering possibilities. Our faculty have expert research findings to share that will further enhance your learning experience. If you have an engineering or college question, just ask!

The School of Engineering is located in the Eugene W. Kettering Engineering and Research Laboratories building with modern, well-equipped labs and recent multimillion dollar renovations that include integrated learning spaces and an Innovation Center. By integrating classrooms and laboratories, our building offers a more efficient and energizing learning space for engineering students and faculty.

Several engineering labs are located in the University's Science Center. This state-of-art 240,000 square foot facility recently underwent a $22 million renovation and provides laboratories, classrooms, offices and gathering spaces.

Camp participants are housed in comfortable, air-conditioned rooms in a first-year residence hall. All rooms are double-occupancy.

A counselor, who is a University engineering student, works with 10 camp participants and stays in a nearby room to accompany you to all activities. Counselors and residence hall staff are available 24 hours a day.

You are responsible for transportation to and from campus. Personal vehicles are not permitted to remain on campus during the week.
