The Facilities Management Call Center is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm at (937) 229-3753. We are available to provide you with more information regarding our services or to help you with your work request.

Work Requests

Our online Work Request Form allows you to submit a work request at any time, even when the Call Center may be closed. Your request is immediately entered into our queue and you are provided with a tracking number and printable receipt for your reference. You may check the status of your work request at any time through our website or by contacting the Call Center. After hours emergencies contact Public Safety at 229-2121.
