News and Events

October is National Fire Safety Month.  To help the campus community learn some preventable measures that could save their lives in case they are involved in a fire, Environmental Health & Safety / Risk Management in the Department of Facilities Management & Campus Operations is presenting two events:  (1) The 2015 Annual Student Neighborhood Smoke Out and (2) Live Fire Extinguisher Training.

These events are considered Engagement Opportunities for students.  Therefore, students can accumulate Path (Points Accumulated Toward Housing) credit by attending these event.  These points can help to determine priority in attaining a student’s desired housing.
