The Honors Students Symposium
The Honors Students Symposium, modeled on the style of a professional conference, is an academic and social event at which senior Honors thesis and Berry Scholar students present their thesis research. The first Symposium was held in March 2007 and continues to be a well-attended event at which both presenters and audience enjoy a rewarding experience.
A typical Symposium session includes a formal presentation period, a question-and-answer period and some informal time for the presenters to mingle with future thesis writers, their advisors, faculty, members of the administration and any other interested parties.
Everyone is welcome to attend for the entire afternoon or just the sessions of particular interest. No registration is necessary to attend.
