2024 Open Enrollment - Active Employees
Open Enrollment will begin October 24th and will run through November 6th for changes to healthcare and dental plans. All elections must be made in the Benefit Focus platform no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 6th. Changes will not be permitted after the close of Open Enrollment on November 6, 2023.
Help with the platform will be available by appointment only in the Learning & Teaching Center (LTC) and St. Mary's Rm 315. To make an appointment please select one of the links below and follow the directions listed here:
- Please register for an appointment by click on the calendar links for: LTC Sessions or St. Mary's Hall Rm 315
- Wednesday, 10/25/2023 from 9am to 12pm & 1pm to 4pm - LTC Team Space 020 or St. Mary's Room 315.
- Friday, 11/3/2023 from 9am to 12pm & 1pm to 4pm - LTC Forum 044 or St. Mary’s Room 315.
- Please be sure to bring your 2FA device and make sure that your Porches login and password work.
There have been no changes to the healthcare plan benefits for 2024. Please refer to the Open Enrollment brochure. Please carefully review the plans and use the comparison tool within the Benefit Focus platform to compare your options.
Our new vendor, Voya, offers helpful videos for Health Savings Account (HSA) and the the Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Click on the HSA Video and FSA Video to view.
There have been no changes to the dental plan benefits for 2024. There will be no change in premiums. There will also be no changes to the vision plan benefits for 2024.
