To deliver a program that inspires, supports, encourages and empowers individuals to live a mindful vibrant life, reaching their own optimal level of wellness.  We want to help you make the rest of your life the best of your life!

Our mission:

The mission of the University of Dayton Faculty/Staff Wellness Program is to create a a culture of health by providing evidence based resources, tools, and education that supports individuals in their journey to their own optimal level of wellness.  The program will honor the integration, balance, and harmony of mind, body, spirit and emotions to improve health and well being, morale, job satisfaction and quality of life.

Each semester the Wellness Program provides a new schedule of classes, brown bag lunches, screenings, wellness challenges and special events.  The Wellness program offers an annual health evaluation for benefit eligible employees through a third party, confidential vendor which includes a $120.00 annual incentive off health premiums for those who choose to participate. This is offered each Fall and information will be disseminated to sign up during that time.

All full-time and part-time faculty and staff members as well as retirees of the University of Dayton are eligible to participate in Wellness Program classes and brown bag sessions. Spouses and immediate family members may alsoregister for Wellness Program activities, but they will be accommodated according to availability of space.
