ArtStreet Housing

Develop your creative confidence in a community that sees the world in complex ways and seeks imaginative, unexpected and innovative solutions that can change the world. The ArtStreet family of student residents is made up of 58 diverse Juniors and Seniors who seek to challenge the social consciousness of the campus, city and nation through a creative lens that enriches the evolving 21st century educational environment.

Residents are selected by the IACT Director through the IACT student cohort. For more information about enrolling in IACT courses, contact Director Brian LaDuca at bladuca1@udayton.edu or Karlos Marshall, Academic Development Coordinator, at kmarshall2@udayton.edu.

There are 5 4-person lofts, 5 6-person townhouses and 1 8-person townhouse at ArtStreet. The townhouses include a common area, three bedrooms for 6 people (4 bedrooms for 8 people), 2 bathrooms and front and back porches. The lofts include a common area, two bedrooms for 4 people, 1 bathroom and a front porch on Kiefaber St.
