    Has Rudy been to your high school? UD awards the prestigious W.S. McIntosh Memorial Leadership Award Stivers School for the Arts to senior Jada Simone Gee, who aspires to be a drama therapist.

    ETHOS combines cutting-edge technology, local resources and some of our most dedicated Flyers to improve lives and do amazing things all around the world — like 3D printing houses in India.

    Record-setting Research

    UD set another research record in 2017 and rose in national rankings. We rank in the top 25 of all U.S. colleges and universities in eight categories, including second for sponsored materials engineering research and development.

    A $24 Check — A $1 Million Gift

    Tsu-Teh (Larry) Soong ‘55 received a scholarship to attend UD six decades ago. As a way to honor his parents, he sent his first $24 paycheck from washing dishes home to China. Today, Larry and Dottie Soong are honoring his alma mater with a $1 million gift for scholarships.
