If you’re looking to make the most of your time here, check out our top suggestions on how to prepare.

  1. Plan some questions.
  2. It’s a good idea to have some questions in mind that you’d like to get answered. Every campus visitor learns about our transparent tuition plan, what kinds of classes you’ll take, and where the best dining halls are - but we encourage your questions every step of the way to make sure you’re learning exactly what you want to know.
  3.
  4. Wear comfortable shoes.
  5. The best way to see campus is by walking through it. We’ll show you all the highlights, including a look inside a first-year residence hall, our newly-remodeled student union and the rec center.
  6.
  7. Bring a pen.
  8. We’ll give you plenty of resources and reference materials to keep, but you might want to remember that piece of advice your tour guide gave you or an idea you had while on your tour - so make sure you can write it down!
  9.
  10. Dream big.
  11. More than 80 majors and minors, 270 student organizations, service activities galore and 8,000 other students - the sky’s the limit when it comes to the opportunities you can pursue at UD. Whatever your passion, find out how you can pursue it here.
