Collegiate Discernment Retreat

The Collegiate Discernment Retreat, offered in partnership with other universities within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, is for students discerning Religious Life.  In this space of discernment, students will have the opportunity to intentionally listen and explore what God might be calling them to.  This retreat is open and available to both men and women, and will be open to students from other universities within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.  Be present, listen, and explore at Higher Ground Retreat Center in Indiana.This retreat will be held at Higher Ground Retreat Center in Indiana. More information will follow.

Lighthouse Retreat

Lighthouse explores life's challenges and searches out the sources of light and hope within those challenges. The Lighthouse retreat offers time to explore spirituality, self, and relationships through ritual and community reflection. Relax as the team guides you through fun, creative and sacred experiences at Woodland Lakes in Amelia, OH. Any traditional undergraduate student can attend this retreat once. It is offered once every semester.

Dates: November 3-5, 2017
           April 6-8, 2018
Cost: $40 on or before October 20 (for fall retreat); or on or before March 23 (for spring retreat)
          $50 after the above listed dates for each respective retreat.

Marianist Vocation Discernment Retreat

This Discernment retreats offer an opportunity for young adults to learn more about Marianist religious life, pray, discuss and relax in a peaceful atmosphere for a weekend away at Governor’s Island on Indian Lake.

Metanoia Retreat

Metanoia invites students to a change of heart by exploring the Gospel and how it shapes our own lives and the lives of others. Through scripture and sharing of personal witnesses, Metanoia challenges students to explore their invitation to discipleship. The Metanoia retreat is a moving and fun weekend with many surprises at the Bergamo Center on the property of Mt. St. John in Beavercreek, OH.

UD Interdenominational Ministry Encounter and Experience Retreats

Step into your faith life and challenge yourself to look more Christlike in all areas.  Previous topics included building faith, making transitions and resetting priorities, values and perspectives.  What will this year's retreats bring? No matter what the topic, growth in God is sure to occur as we engage with nature and God at Governor’s Island on Indian Lake. Our Encounter retreat is offered every fall semester and the experience retreat every spring semester.

Wilderness Retreats

Go take a hike! Discover yourself, God and new friends as the team leads you through the stunning beauty of Red River Gorge, Kentucky. Hiking by day and sleeping under the stars at night, experience a weekend of prayer and simplicity. This fall semester we will offer a co-ed wilderness retreat. In the spring semester we will offer a men’s wilderness retreat and a women’s wilderness retreat.

   Dates: Co-Ed Wilderness: October 13-15, 2017
              Men's Wilderness Retreat: April 13-15, 2018
              Women's Wilderness Retreat: April 20-22, 2018

               9/15 (for Fall Co-Ed),
