To Good Health

The University is again offering free, confidential health risk assessments to benefits-eligible employees: blood pressure screenings, body-mass index, and laboratory work for cholesterol and glucose.

To promote wellness and prevent illness among employees, the University is again offering free, confidential health risk assessments to benefits-eligible employees.

The assessments, given by Cincinnati HealthWorks, are on the following dates in the Kennedy Union ballroom:

  • Thursday, Sept. 24
  • Friday, Sept. 25
  • Tuesday, Sept. 29

The assessments will include blood pressure screening, body-mass index calculations and laboratory work for lipids and glucose levels. Appointments are required. Each participant receives a $25 Meijer gift card.

Reports will be sent to employees' homes. HealthWorks staff will conduct information sessions on campus later in the fall to help employees interpret the reports.
