H1N1 Vaccine Clinics Open to All Students Dec. 10-11

The University of Dayton Health Center will offer free H1N1 vaccination clinics to all students from 1:30-5 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Dec. 10-11 at RecPlex.

The University of Dayton Health Center has received a large supply of H1N1 flu vaccines for students. The vaccine will be made available to all University of Dayton students regardless of age or medical history. This includes undergraduate and graduate students both full-time and part-time.

When: 1:30-5 p.m. (while supplies last) Thursday and Friday, Dec. 10-11.
Where: MAC gym at the RecPlex. Please enter through the Welcome Desk.
Info: Open to all students.
Cost: Free, but registration required.
Students who wish to receive the H1N1 flu vaccine must bring their student IDs and wear clothing that allows the upper arm to be easily exposed. Those without a student ID will not be permitted to receive the vaccine. There is no charge for the vaccine.

Register online
Students who receive the vaccine will be required to complete a registration form. They can fill out forms at the clinics, but they are encouraged to complete the form online and bring it with them.

Visit https://h1n1vaccine.odh.ohio.gov to register online. Click on "individual/family registration" and follow the instructions. Print off the information and bring it to the clinic.

All students are encouraged to receive the vaccine. Faculty and staff should contact their health care professionals regarding the H1N1 flu vaccine.
