Among the Best

'U.S. News & World Report' ranks the School of Engineering graduate programs 60th in the nation.

The University of Dayton's School of Engineering graduate program ranked 60th in the U.S. News & World Report's annual ranking released Tuesday, March 13.

This is the fifth consecutive appearance for the University of Dayton's engineering school on the magazine's "Best Graduate Schools" list, all ranking in the top 65.

Also for the fifth straight year, the University's School of Engineering graduate program ranks second nationally among Catholic colleges and universities and third among Ohio colleges and universities.

Nationally, the University of Dayton tied with Ivy League Dartmouth College at No. 60.

U.S. News surveyed 198 engineering schools that grant doctoral degrees. The rankings take into account peer and corporate recruiter assessments, selectivity, entrance exam test scores and research expenditures and activity.
