Lead Mentors

The office of Multicultural Affairs and the Office of Enrollment Management share student positions designed to assist with the retention and recruitment of multicultural students. Lead Mentors assist with the planning and implementation of PEERS and OMA programming as apart of an intentional outreach plan to UD’s diverse student population.
  • General Responsibilities Include (About a 5-7 hour commitment per month): 
  • Planning and Implementing PEERS First Friday Events 
  • Attending monthly Lead Mentor meetings
  • Assisting with the admission Open Houses
  • Serving on Student Panels for Prospective Students 
  • Assisting with the OMA Phon-A-Thon
  • Assisting with the Multicultural Overnight 
  • Assisting with other OMA/EM events
