Center for Alcohol and Other Drugs Resources and Education is committed to providing students at the University of Dayton with education, information, and resources related to alcohol and other drugs.  CADRE promotes legal accountability and personal responsibility in choices involving alcohol and other drugs through our wide variety of services.

Alcohol Edu
AlcoholEdu is an interactive online program designed to reduce the negative consequences related to alcohol use amongst students. This course is required for all incoming first-year students.

Flyer Host
Flyer Host is a one-hour training program focused on Social Host Responsibility. The training addresses all of the potential risks associated with having a party and helps you and your roommates discuss the strategies needed to keep everyone safe. This program is PATH eligible.

Intervention Services
Our interventions services educate students on adopting healthy behaviors related to alcohol and other drug use. Interventions are lead by licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors in individual and group sessions.

Prevention Education
Prevention Education includes awareness events, interactive programs, and presentations to faculty, staff, and students. Our programs are intended to provide information that encourage informed decision-making and risk reduction skills.

Recovery Is Spoken Here
CADRE offers Recovery is Spoken Here - Recovery Ally Training to any individual on campus looking to support people in recovery. Visit our Recovery Resources page for more information about resources for individuals currently in or seeking recovery from alcohol and other drugs.
