Emotional Wellness Screening

We know it can be hard to talk about things that may be troubling you. Perhaps you think that your problem is "not really that important." Perhaps you're afraid of what someone may think of you once you tell them what's going on. The UD Counseling Center now has free, anonymous, online emotional wellness screenings that all University of Dayton students can take to see if they might need a hand in dealing with their struggles.

The UD Counseling Center offers free, anonymous, online emotional wellness screenings that all University of Dayton students can take to see if they might need a hand in dealing with their emotional struggles. Screenings for eating, anxiety and mood concerns are available. The screening takes less than two minutes to complete.

At the end of the screening you may be provided with interactive resources about your concerns, or it might be recommended that you seek professional help. The screening is quick and free.

You may wish to print out a copy of your results to bring with you to discuss at your first session at the Counseling Center. The Counseling Center does not have access to individual results of online screeners.
