College can be a difficult time.  To learn tips to make your life easier or refresh skills you've previously learned, Health and Wellness has developed the Life Hacks Workshop Series.

These workshops share strategies or techniques focused on overall well-being, creating balance, and  thriving at the University of Dayton and beyond.
