Marianist Hall LTC

The Marianist LTC is located on the 2nd floor of the Marianist residence hall. It offers a total of five (5) enclosed and exposed meeting room spaces that can be configured in a multitude of ways. Important things to note about the spaces:

  • Studio 205 (seats 10-12 table and chairs)

  • Studio 206 (seats 18 flip desks)

  • Studio 217 (seats 35 with table and chairs)

  • Studio 218 (seats 30 flip desks)

  • Commons (seats 30-60 depending on room configuration. Combination of table/chairs, flip desks, and lounge chairs)

Virginia W. Kettering meeting rooms

  • 141 - $75 (seats 25-70 depending on configuration)

  • 143 - $100 (seats 48-140 depending on configuration)

  • 145 - $75 (seats 25-75 depending on configuration

  • 141+143 - $175 (seats 70-140 depending on configuration)

Open and Closed Lounges

  • Depending on needs, there are small social lounges on each floor and section within our residential facilities. These should be used for small social gatherings and do not have the capacity for audio-visual equipment. Discuss reservations and special needs as you begin crafting your summer conference experience.

Meeting Room Layouts

  • Theatre Style - Rows of chairs facing the front of the room, usually divided by center and/or side aisles.
  • Classroom Style - Rows of tables with 2-4 chairs at each one (based on size of table). Tables arranged to face the front of the room.
  • U-shaped - Six or eigth-foot conference tables placed end to end in the room to form the shape of a U. Chairs are placed around the outside of the U.
  • Closed Square - Six or eigth-foot conference tables clustered in a center of the room to form one solid surface. Chairs are places around the perimeter of the square. 
  • Open Square - Six or eigth-foot conference tables placed in a rectangular outline with open space in the middle. Chairs are places around the perimeter of the square. 
  • Banquet Rounds (only in ballroom, torch lounge or hanger) - Standard round tables of 60 inches in diameter are used to seat 8 people. 72 inches in diameter tables can be rented which sear 10 people
  • Banquet Style - Standard 60 inch rectangle (VWK) or 72 inch rectangle (KU) tables used to seat 8-10 people.
  • 1/2 Moon Rounds - Crescent seating around 1/2 of the table so all are facing towards the front with no one's back to the presenter.
