    University Place Apartments (1200 Brown Street)

    This 48 unit building is located across the street from the University School of Law building  and within short  walking distance to restaurants and local business shops.
    • 21 Studio Apt -  include a combination living room/bedroom, kitchen and bath
    • 25 Single Apt  - include a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath. 
    • (2) Two-bedroom apartments - include two single bedrooms for two law/grad, same gender students, living room, kitchen and bath
    All  University Place units are furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, one phone line, full size bed, desk, chair, and table and chair(s),  lamp(s), dresser, love seat, coffee table and lounge chair(s).  Heat, water, electric, garbage pickup, local phone service, basic cable TV, and a computer network connection are included in the housing cost.

    Please note: Law/grad students that meet university requirements can  retain their housing for the next academic year when approved by a Housing & Residence Life Assignments staff member.
