While only having a two year housing requirement, the University of Dayton houses almost 90% of the undergraduate population.  Students in their third and fourth years can choose to live in a variety of housing options.  The University owns approximately 400 houses and a variety of apartment buildings designed to provide a residential learning environment that has resulted in student satisfaction with our housing options ranked number 1 among our peer institution.
