    Irving Commons is a 60-unit apartment complex with one and two bedroom units. Our apartments are on the south east edge of campus, just past Stuart Hall on Irving Avenue.

    Spacious floor plans allow each student private bedrooms and bathrooms. All apartments are fully furnished plus features to include central air conditioning, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Amenities also include free parking.

    Irving Commons offers fully furnished apartments with two layouts to choose from. All apartments have private entry and second story apartments included shared balconies.

    Other amenities include:

    • Residence Life Staff / Resident Assistant  living in buildings
    • No meal plan required
    • Free Parking
    • 2-bedrooms / 2 bathrooms  ( extra-long twin beds)
    • Personal Washer / Dryer
    • Furnished apartment includes:  refrigerator, stove, microwave, one phone line, extra-long twin size bed, desk, chair, and table and chair(s),  lamp(s), dresser, love seat, coffee table and lounge chair(s).  Heat, water, electric, garbage pickup, local phone service, basic cable TV, and an internet connection are included in the housing cost.
    • Patrolled by University of Dayton Police.
    • Lighted Bike and Walk path from apartment to main campus. 
    • Free Bus Shuttle Service - The University will continue to provide 'shuttle services' while classes are in session during both fall and spring semesters.  The pick-up/drop-offs will be at Irving Commons, RecPlex, Roesch Library, River Campus, with limited service to the GE building.
