Virginia W. Kettering Hall

Virginia W. Kettering Hall (VWK) has the distinction of being one of the longest residence halls in the country.  Each VWK suite-style rooms houses four sophomore students. Each suite has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room.  VWK is co-ed by suite. On the first floor of VWK there are two dining rooms: the Granary (home of the Kettering Wrap); and Passports (home of the Mongo Grill); as well as meeting rooms for the UD community to reserve.
VWK residents are supported 24/7 by a team of dedicated Housing & Residence Life staff. Each floor section has a Resident Assistant, an upperclassman that lives on the floor and serves as a resource for the students who reside in that section. The desk is staffed 24/7 by undergraduate Desk Assistants, and a full-time professional Operations Assistant. Finally, a full-time, masters-level professional, Area Coordinator, also lives in the building.
