Leaders Preparing for Life After College

The Women’s Leadership Immersion will be a four-day program for junior and senior women students that will provide critical skills as they prepare for their next steps after graduation. Are you ready to negotiate your pay?  Are you comfortable networking in a room of individuals you don’t know?  Facilitated by a variety of women leaders from the City of Dayton and Columbus area, this program will offer women students these skills and more.  The program will also reflect the values and bold life examples of Adele de Batz de Trenquelleon and Marie -Therese Charlotte de Lamourous, the two women founders (along with Blessed William Joseph  Chaminade) of the Marianist.  Students will also attend sessions on financial health after graduation and identifying their vocation.
