Account Deletion Extension Request

Once a semester the University of Dayton generates a list of inactive accounts for deletion. If you received this message, our records show you as meeting one of the following criteria:
1) You are a student no longer taking courses at UD
2) You are a former employee of the University
3) You are a contractor whose account has not been recently renewed

NOTE: once accounts have been deleted there is is no way for us to recover data from the account. But don't fret, you have options!:

2) To temporarily extend the life of your account (e.g. you are still actively working to complete your degree, you are volunteering, you are still employed as a contractor or have another reasonable need), please fill out the form below with the following information:

  • University ID (This can be found on your UD student ID in the bottom left-hand corner.)
  • Full Name (first name, middle initial, and last name)
  • Personal Email Address (please provide a non UD email address that we can use to contact you)
  • Reason for Request (the capacity in which you are still actively affiliated with UD)
