UD Computing Accounts

As an employee, enrolled student or Marianist you are assigned a unique UD username and password giving you access to a number of campus technologies and services:

If you are unsure of your UD username, contact the IT Service Center.

NOTE: Student accounts are deleted when two semesters have passed since last enrolled. No data from deleted accounts is saved or preserved.

Contractors & Guests

Please ask your host to contact the UDit Call Center at 937-229-3888 at least ten business days in advance.

  • Contractors - Your host may request a University of Dayton username and password for the duration of your stay on campus or your affiliation as a service provider for the university.
  • Guests - Your host may request an account that will provide Internet access for the duration of your stay on campus.  
  • Guest Conferences - A Host may request accounts for a conference.

For individual guest access your host needs to provide:

  • UD employee name and department hosting guest
  • Name of the guest
  • Email address for the guest
  • Contact phone number for the guest
  • Beginning and end date for access

Guest Conferences
All requests must be placed via helpdesk@udayton.edu at least ten business days prior to their guests’ arrival on campus. The e-mail should include the:

  • Name of the conference
  • Number of accounts needed
  • Beginning and end date for access
  • UD employee host’s name
  • An account number IF the host wants TSS to create the guest accounts. (A link to create accounts independently can be provided at no charge)

  • 51 - 75       $75.00
  • 76 - 100     $100.00
  • 101 - 125   $125.00
  • 126 - 150   $150.00
  • 151 - 175   $175.00
  • 176 - 200   $200.00
