Technologies for Faster, More Efficient Processes

UDRI excels in robot accuracy allowing path generation and tool placement from part CAD drawings and coordination of probe/sensor placement, scanning, and data acquisition. We can apply six-axis articulating and Cartesian/gantry robotics to automated inspection systems, and our mixed mode positioning systems feature coordinated linear and rotary (turntable) positioning.

Our automation technology is flexible and unique with advanced features not available commercially: robotic accuracy and manipulation; intelligent and interchangeable robotic tools; coordinated work piece manipulation; integrated intelligent process control systems; automated phased-array ultrasonic inspections; and integrated database archival, reporting, and self-diagnostics.
