Mentoring Programs for Students

Women Engineering Program

The University of Dayton Women Engineering Program, better known as WEP, encourages female students to take a leading role in engineering careers to address the problems in our society. The program ensures an ambience of engagement, curiosity, discovery and personal growth. You can also be involved in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), an extra-curricular, professional society where you'll meet other women engineers (both professionals and students) or Phi Sigma Rho, a national social sorority for women in engineering and engineering technology.
