Research

The Women's Center recognizes the need for data-driven evidence-based research on gender equity-related issues at the university. We also provide a critical examination of existing policies and practices as it concerns women and gender issues.

Status of Women at UD Report Card

The Status of Women at the University of Dayton Report Card focuses on the representation of women employees across the life of the institution. Using data collected each fall from the university's Institutional Research Office, the annual report card focuses on the composition of the workforce and highlights women's representation in academic and non-academic leadership.
