Academic Success Ambassadors (ASA)

The Multi-Ethnic Education and Engagement Center and the Enrollment Management division share student positions designed to assist with the retention and recruitment of multi-ethnic students. Academic Success Ambassadors assist with specific recruitment initiatives and events as well as academic success programming as apart of an intentional outreach plan to UD’s diverse student population.

LEAD Team

LEAD is a student council comprised of student leaders supported by the Multi-Ethnic Education and Engagement Center (MEC). This group meets monthly to discuss leadership initiatives, current issues within student organizations, and to plan collaborative events.

LEAD's purpose is to increase communication and collaboration between student groups at the University of Dayton. LEAD is another way MEC provides support and guidance for students as individuals and as a collective of student leaders at UD.
