Where are you reading?

1 - While touring Albufeira, Portugal, School of Law grads Dave Dustin ’92 and Ava Rotell Dustin ’92 enjoyed the latest issue of UD Magazine. They said, “It’s hard to believe 31 years have passed since graduating from UD Law.”

2 - Ohio State Representatives and fellow Flyers Daniel P. Troy ’70, Sean Patrick Brennan ’92 and Brian E. Lampton ’87 took a few minutes before a session on the floor of the Statehouse in Columbus, Ohio, to catch up on the latest issue of UD Magazine in May. The gentlemen said they are all “very proud, bipartisan alumni.”

3 - A group of Flyers (some “Golden,” some not yet) traveled to Budapest, Hungary, where they paused to snap a photo with UD Magazine. On the trip were Regis Lekan ’71, Sandy Freeland Lekan ’75, Sharon Reed ’72, Susan Dobkowski Ferguson ’76, Dick Ferguson ’73, Anita Zelek and Pete Zelek ’73. All six Flyers also served as UD staff members at one time.

4 - In February, Flyers Grace Treado ’21, Annie Campbell ’20 and Kate Bennett ’19 enjoyed 10 days of adventuring throughout Thailand together. They stopped to visit the Great Buddha in Phuket, Thailand, with a copy of UD Magazine.

5 - Tom Kiehl ’87, along with his daughter, Gaby Kiehl ’20, son, Jack, and wife, Julie, enjoyed reading UD Magazine on the beach of Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro.

6 - Gary Bardon ’77 and Bill Blind ’79, along with their wives, have enjoyed many trips together. Earlier this year while in Gulf Shores, Alabama, the Flyers paused to capture a moment with UD Magazine. 

7 - Dianne DeConinck Neihengen ’69 and her husband, Bill, journeyed to La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona, on Easter Sunday. They traveled with family to visit their granddaughter who was studying in Valencia. 

8 - This winter, Carollynn Hernandez Thesing ’80 traveled to Palawan, Philippines, and brought along a copy of UD Magazine to make sure she had something to read while in paradise.
