The UD MBA program sponsors students who wish to become lifetime members of the National Management Association. The UD Grad Chapter of the NMA is the first of its kind in the country.

Join the NMA Thursday, May 16 as Veronica Beasley-Robinson will discuss Building Trust using Masterclass along with Esther Perel, Martin Scorsese, Geno Auriemma, Lewis Hamilton, and Rosalind Brewer.

This is a presentation of tracks that talk about Building Trust with this synopsis: Successful teams are built on a solid foundation of trust. These tracks showcase examples and skills where authenticity, honesty, integrity, and sometimes tough conversations allow every member of the team to show up fully. The UD MBA program sponsors its students as members of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce "Gen D" program.

Join the Dayton region's largest service outing for early career professionals to 'Get Out & Give Back'.

This year, Generation Dayton, the Dayton Area Chamber's early career professionals program will focus its volunteer efforts on giving back to various non-profit organizations throughout the community. These organizations are working hard for our community day in and day out, and this is an opportunity to give back. Generation Dayton Day gives attendees the opportunity to enjoy lunch, hear a presentation from a community leader, and then 'Get Out and Give Back.'

Our keynote speaker this year will be Rachel Ward, Vice President at the Omega Community Development Corporation in Dayton, Ohio. Join us for lunch, networking, and programming. After a day of giving back, participants will celebrate with an after-party: Details on this coming soon!

Volunteer sites will be selected by participants upon arrival at the Dayton Metro Library at the kick-off on Friday, June 21st. Volunteer spots at each site will be limited, and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Participating organizations will be announced as the event approaches. T-shirts will be provided, size availability will also be first-come, first-served. Please bring a water bottle, wear closed-toed shoes, bring/wear sunscreen, and dress for the weather (some sites are indoors and some are outdoors).
