Neal Duiker is a Contracting Officer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
Prior to his work with the United States Air Force, Mr. Duiker was the Contracts Manager/Controller over the federal government services vertical for TEKsystems, Inc. where he managed an extensive government portfolio and managed/developed government contracts negotiators.
During his tenure with the United States Air Force, Mr. Duiker negotiated several extremely complex production aircraft contracts using a wide variety of contract types, data rights contracting and nonconformance delivery. Further, Mr. Duiker was the contract liaison for NAVAIR and the United States Coast Guard.
Currently, Mr. Duiker is working multiple Foreign Military Sales programs. Other professional experience includes working for the AmeriCorps VISTA program where he served in Sheridan, Wyoming as the Director of Mediation for the Wyoming Children's Access Network. Mr. Duiker is a veteran of the United States Army National Guard where he served in Operation Iraqi Freedom III.
