The Innovation Center is home to engineering design, entrepreneurial learning and creativity in the School of Engineering.

We connect industrial, entrepreneurial and community clients with real-world challenges to student teams who are ready to find solutions. Our student teams deliver - research, analysis, design, prototype, testing, business plan, patent research - all completed in one semester!

How We Help Our Students

Our client projects allow students to put into practice what they've learned, gain relevant experience and provides them a competitive edge in the job market. Aside from client projects, the Innovation Center is home to the first-year EGR 103 Engineering Innovation course, the senior design capstone, the undergraduate technical entrepreneurship minor and the Stitt Scholars Program.
