Profile
Todd L. Schafer serves as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Dayton School of Law’s Government Contracting and Procurement Program. Professor Schafer brings a wealth of federal service experience from across the Department of Defense (DoD) at the tactical, operational and strategic levels. He retired from the DoD at the end of December 2023 with over thirty-seven years of service, his last sixteen and a half years as a member of the Senior Executive Service corps.
Professor Schafer is the Founder and President of Schafer Enterprise Solutions and the Senior Vice President of Administration for Frost Science in Miami, FL. He is also a Senior Advisor, providing guidance and advice, for Iberia Advisory.
