Graduate Business Programs

Welcome to the Graduate Programs at the University of Dayton’s School of Business Administration (SBA). We recognize the importance of deciding to pursue a graduate degree, and how achieving this can bring about life-changing opportunities. The attainment of a graduate degree from the SBA can expand your knowledge -- knowledge you can use for professional and personal development and for the betterment of society.

The SBA administrators and staff support internationally-recognized faculty who focus, in the Marianist tradition, on educating the whole person in a flexible learning environment. This entire team of dedicated professionals focuses on engaging each student with targeted, individualized attention. Our goal is to help students develop the skills needed to succeed as ethical business leaders who are adept at connecting learning and scholarship with leadership and service in a global business environment.

MPAcc
Our Master of Professional Accountancy program (MPAcc) launched in Fall 2017. After graduating 12 students in Spring 2018, the program has grown to over 30 students who are registered for Fall 2018 classes. The MPAcc includes CPA Exam Prep and additional hours toward the 150-credit hour requirement.

MFin
Also launched in Fall 2017, our new Master of Finance (MFin) program has grown from an initial graduating class of 4 to over 24 students taking classes in Fall 2018. The program offers hands-on learning opportunities at two investment centers, and includes a CFA prep course. Graduates are well-positioned to pursue a PhD in Finance or various careers in the private sector.
