Female Aspiring Business Scholars Summer Program
The Female Aspiring Business Scholars (FABS) mission is to inspire and empower young women to pursue a business degree and grow the pipeline of women entering into essential business careers. FABS summer camp offers high school juniors and seniors an avenue to explore business and an opportunity to earn 3 hours of college credit through seminars with UD faculty and business professionals, local networking events, and professional skills workshops. Through immersive and interactive experiences on and around the University of Dayton campus, students will build their professional skills and learn to apply essential business practices to design their own business plans.
The School of Business Administration (SBA) welcomes students of all backgrounds and experiences who celebrate and support our mission to be a part of FABS.
Eligibility: Who Can attend?
- Students of all backgrounds and experiences are welcome to attend FABS.
- Our residential camps are open to high school students entering 11th grade (class of 2026) or 12th grade (class of 2025) in the fall of 2024.
- Residential camps have limited capacity and will fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.

FABs Experience Highlights
Network with Business Faculty, Students and Local Leaders
Connect with current UD students and alumni in low-key settings to learn about the UD business experience and the opportunities a degree in business can offer.
Develop and Pitch a Business Idea
Make friends with other young women who are passionate about business and work in teams on a week-long business plan that will end with a pitch presentation.
Earn College Credit at Camp
Earn BIZ 201- Intro to Business credit (3 Credit Hours) while you experience the UD campus, the School of Business Administration

Regular Cost April 1-May 15, 2024 $500 plus a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. Special-Circumstance Based Financial Assistance is available via application. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before 45 days prior to the start of camp are refundable, minus the $100 registration deposit. Registration deposits are non-refundable at any time with the only exception being that a student was not admitted into the camp. In this case, a full refund will be provided.
