Katie Sullivan

Katie Sullivan is the Assistant Director of Leadership Programs at the University of Dayton Center for Leadership. In this role, she holds responsibility for custom programs and consulting. Katie is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of results-generated experience across a variety of functional areas in a Fortune 100 company. She has a unique and diverse background that includes executive coaching, sales talent development consulting, human resources talent management, and leadership development. She has led employee engagement, organizational change management, project management, and continuous improvement. Katie is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™) and a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She is also a certified facilitator of The Happiness Advantage│Orange Frog Workshop™, a DiSC Certified Behavioral Spectrum Analyst, and a Certified Business Motivators Analyst. Katie earned an MBA from Ohio Dominican University and a BA in Organizational Communication, and Business Management from Miami University of Ohio.
