Profile

Professor Mark R Matthews has a wide range of experience related to business and the law. His undergraduate studies were in Business Management with a minor in Accounting and Economics and an emphasis in International Business and Marketing. He got his Juris Doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He has over twenty years of experience doing civil litigation in California (mostly representing small businesses) and more recently serving as in-house counsel. In addition, he has enjoyed about fifteen years teaching law school with a wide range of courses including, of course, business-related ones.
