Profile
Joseph received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Ohio University in 2006. He then attended the University of Dayton School of law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in 2011. While at UDSL, he was in Moot Court and also interned for Judges at the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, as well as the Second District Court of Appeals. Upon graduating, Joseph worked at LexisNexis, and then worked as an attorney in the areas of civil litigation, oil and gas law, and family law. Currently, Joseph is an Assistant Public Defender at the Montgomery County Law Office of the Public Defender. He is a member of the National Association for Public Defense, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Dayton Bar Association.
