Mike McClure is an IT Training Specialist and began his career at UD in 2005. He has over 25 years of experience as a computer-training instructor, layout and design specialist, technical writer, and helpdesk support specialist – both first level and second level support.

Mike is a graduate of Wright State University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication and his graduate Certificate in Professional Writing from the Wright State University English Department. Mike was born and raised in the Dayton area and has worked in the information technology departments for companies such as PNC Mortgage (formally National City Mortgage), Frontier Engineering (a Department of Defense contractor at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base), and The Berry Company.

He has a brown belt in Zen-Ryu karate and has taught several self-defense training sessions for the University of Dayton's Health and Wellness program.
