Compressed Gas Cylinder Online Training

Criteria

Thank you for your interest in taking this training. Training consists of an (1) online presentation and (2) associated quiz.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCESS TO GAS CYLINDER STORAGE ROOMS AT KL, SPC AND 1700 SPB IS CONTROLLED BY KEY CARD ACCESS.  THE ROOMS ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE FROM 6:45AM - MIDNIGHT (12AM).  PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SUPERVISOR FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THIS TRAINING MODULE TO BE ADDED AS AN AUTHORIZED INDIVIDUAL.

THIS TRAINING IS INTENDED FOR ANYONE WORKING IN OR AROUND COMPRESSED GAS CYLINDERS. EXAMPLES INCLUDE USE OF CARBON DIOXIDE FOR BIOLOGICAL INCUBATORS, ARGON / NITROGEN FOR PURGING EQUIPMENT, ACETYLENE FOR WELDING, ETC.
